The primary role of the Webmaster is to maintain the PCYHA website as a means of communication from the organization to its members, the community, and other hockey associations. The Webmaster will use the following strategies to fulfill the primary role.

• Post on the web site accurate schedule and tournament information as provided by the appropriate PCYHA officer or member.
• Confer with the members on a regular basis to maximize flow of information to current and prospective players.
• Maintain links in a timely fashion.
• Continue to find cost effective ways to maintain site and domain name.

Organizationally, the Webmaster will report to the President of PCYHA. The President will act as a liaison for the Webmaster at executive and board meetings. It is not the duty of the Webmaster to attend executive and board meetings.
