The primary role of the Vice President is to act as an aide to the President.
In the absence of the President, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President.

• The Vice President does the ordering and inventory of all socks and jerseys for each year. Orders are placed in early summer.

• As jerseys are ordered by players and parents, they are taken out to Mountain West for screen printing of names and numbers. When completed, the jerseys are delivered back to the players or parents.

• Money due is collected for socks and jerseys at the time of the order or when delivered.

• Tracks all jersey numbers for each team and age division, also assigns any new players jersey numbers.

Organizationally, the Vice President is required to attend monthly Executive Meetings but not Board of Director meetings. The Vice President is an acting Officer of PCYHA elected by the membership in the spring to a one year term.
