Treasurer

The treasurer is responsible for the financial record keeping of PCYHA including budgeting, payables, receivables and general ledger. Specifically, this entails

  • Daily record keeping including payables and receivables.
  • Record keeping for each team reimbursable accounts.
  • Reports monthly to executive meeting regarding all account balances.
  • Helps in preparation of year end budget and presentation for PCYHA.
  • Prepares books for year-end audit and preparation of year-end taxes.

Organizationally, the Treasurer is required to attend monthly Executive Meetings but not Board of Director meetings. The Treasurer is an acting Officer of PCYHA elected by the membership in the spring to a 1 year term.
