| The team parent has the following duties.
• Liaison between the team’s coaches and parents.
• Liaison between the team’s parents and the Board.
• Committee member for house & league tournaments.
• Solicit volunteers for tournaments, i.e. score keepers, time keepers,
raffle sales, t-shirts, etc.
• Handle team’s travel arrangement for out of town games including
securing motel rooms for out of town trips and furnishing directions to
events.
• Manage team finances, review team account with treasurer.
• Coordinate any team fundraising activities with Fundraising Coordinator.
• Prepare team roster with names, addresses and phone numbers for
each team member
The team parent is appointed by the head coach of the team.
